In spring 2019 we went to Nice by the French Riviera. An amazing trip where we discussed strategies, talked focus points, held creative workshops, had idea-generation challenges and met colleagues from Aarhus, Berlin, Boston and Dublin. That, of course, led to many great memories in the sun, by the dining table, in the conference room - and also at the bar!
The foosball room is an important part of the FirstAgenda culture! It’s so important that we developed a software system, that calculates points, levels and next opponents for our games.
Our talented chefs decided to do a hunting theme for lunch – what a treat! The menu consisted of ginger shots, red deer game, salad, potatoes, blackberries, mushrooms and lots of gravy!
The great 2018 kick-off trip was in the charming city of Riga. Besides strategy presentations and culture workshops, we also found time to do some sightseeing, wellness activities, restaurant visits and, of course, partying!
In 2018, FirstAgenda was selected to build a prototype integration with Samsung's AI assistant, "Bixby 2.0". We developed a prototype that uses speech recognition to optimize organizational tasks. The prototype was presented at the Samsung Developer Conference in San Francisco – and got a great review!
Every year we challenge our office neighbors, Ditmer, to ”The Great Easter Challenge”. The day starts off with challenges like darts, charades, foosball and Kubb. It all comes to and end with the grand egg run, where the competitive drive really kicks in with creative cheating tricks like smashed eggs!
Once again, our chefs invited us on a culinary trip! This time we “boarded a plane” to Food Mekka! After the boarding, security video and take-off, our flight attendant served us a three-course meal that was significantly better than the typical airplane food!
We found our inner playfulness at the 2017 Christmas party. We even started the day at a trampoline park – what a rush! Afterward, we met up at the office to enjoy birthday cake, soda, gifts, candy and games … and a not-so-kids-friendly bar ;)
The 2017 summer party was one big festival! Guests arrived, got their wristband on and crashed on in. We competed in camps of who could set up our tents the fastest, build a beer bong, cram most people in a tent and decorate the most creative camp! Afterward, we enjoyed a concert, beer bowling, and all the cool food and drink stalls.
In 2017, we were off to Berlin! Every year we get away from the office for 2-3 days to evaluate the past year, think new big thoughts and boost motivation! Besides strategy workshops, we also found time to do lots of social activities, restaurant visits, sightseeing and partying.
