Transparent tools - easy to use

Rogaland County Municipality was one of the first users of FirstAgenda Prepare and has now actively used the tool for several years. Committee secretary Vera-Britt Sommer was also employed in the political secretariat at the time when all meeting documents were printed on paper:

"We have been using Prepare for many years now and it has worked really well. The tool is so intuitive that it was also easy to get politicians on board during the transition from paper to digital."

The county council has now also started using FirstAgenda Live, which has also been well received by both politicians and the administration:

"Live took a bit of practice in the beginning, but we experience good support from FirstAgenda when we have questions. During the meeting itself, it has taken some getting used to for us in the secretariat in the beginning, but once we are well versed in it, we know that it pays off in the long run."

The protocolis also very easy to manage afterwards. In addition, politicians once again have a clear and easy-to-use tool

Rogaland County Municipality in particular points out that the large screen display, speaker list and speaking time have created a better overview and flow in the meeting for all parties.
